Each instruments is planned and crafted in Studio.

Save a tree: Instruments made from Prized recovered lumber are also available upon request. Old Growth woods 250-500 years old.

Design-

A variety of sizes and models are options, from 7/8ths, 5-string, and more.

Each instrument's proportions and standards are designed for the Professional and Professionally-minded student.

Materials-

St. John stringed instruments are crafted only from the most select materials available. European and Domestic tonewoods, both seasoned and eye-catching are available.

Traditional Varnish materials of Oil and or Spirit base, with light-fast coloration are crafted and applied by hand.

Construction-

Instruments are crafted in the studio, using traditional European methods. Each instrument has an individual character and charm at the highest level of quality.

Sound-

Instruments have a deep, rich sound that resonates and inspires.
